He took the nail polish and started to do Simone's nails again.
"And I enjoy being a rock star very much."
He smiled at her.
"I know it sometimes doesn't seem so."

"You enjoy it, just not the touring or your old band members or the press."
Simone faked a thoughtful look.
"Then I wonder what is left apart from the money. Have you thought about a career in finance?"

Balthazar sighed although, but smiled at the same time.
"I love the touring, and my old band members. But I could be without the press. I just said that everything has it's down sides."
He glanced up at her with a smile.

Balthazar stopped half finished with a nail and looked at Simone for a while before answering.
"How?"

"You should finish that before it dries or it's gonna show."
She was obviously talking about the nail.
"I think you need to figure that out for yourself. Maybe by figuring out where it went wrong last time?"

Balthazar hurried to finish the nail as he had been told.
"Yeah, I already know where it went wrong."
He sat thoughtful for a while as he thought about Leo and then smiled at Simone.
"Wow, no. Change subject, this is getting depressing."

She was joking of course, she didn't much like drinking.

She promised him while she looked at her nails.

He shook his head with a smile.
"Yeah, we should do this some more then."
He put away the bottles neatly, and then sat down leaning against the wall again

Baz saw that her glass was almost empty and reached for the half empty bottle of wine.
"Some more?"
