He seemed to have a hard time making up his mind. Maybe he wasn't used to speaking to normal people? "They are, how so?"

"What do you mean?" He thought it quite obvious, but it seemed it was not so.

"Well, I got the impression you don't really see them anymore."

"No, I don't, but they still are a big part of my life. With Angels at Night and all, you know."

"I suppose you just got me thinking of them too much as individuals." Simone admitted. "So why aren't you in contact with them anymore? Or is that too much of a gossip magazine question?"

"Oh, I'm sorry for breaking you little fan bubble." He smiled at her. "Yes, that is quite a gossip magazine question. I don't know really. I'ts complicated. A lot of circumstances around the split-up that makes it harder I guess."

"I'm not going to ask why that was." She wasn't going to get an answer anyway. "But I'm sure it could be resolved with some damage control. You speak of them in such a warm manner, it seems sad that you don't hang out with them anymore."

Balthazar nodded slowly. "Yes, of course. It is sad, it just hasn't... Been the right time. But I guess there will never be a "right" time." He had thought of calling Leo many times, but every time he had dialed the number, he hadn't been able to press that green button. It had been easier to call Ice. And he had never been that close to Jean, unfortunately.

"Sometimes you have to do things even if it's not the right time if you want results. Unfortunately." She smirked slightly over at him. "You're a grown man after all, so I'm sure you can do it."

Balthazar smirked back at her. "Oh, you should only know how childish I can be sometimes! I whine and I complain, and I think everyone should do everything for me. Well, not always, but I have my days, I tell you."

"Well, how much more grown up are your band mates then?" She said with an amused look, Simone remembered him being one of the older members.

Balthazar opened his mouth, just about to say something, but he didn't, and closed his mouth again. "Right" he said with a sigh and then laughed softly. "Well, Jean is probably the most mature of us."

"Really?" And she who had heard stories. "Well, unless she wants to make you all go out for walks together on the beach, I suppose the ball is still in your hands."

Balthazar laughed at the thought of Jean wanting to go on a walk on the beach. "Sorry, I just, can't really imagine Jean suggesting that. Yes, yes, alright, I will call them. But not tonight." Balthazar felt another wave of sickness coming over him. Much worse this time. He should probably be going rather soon. But whatever Simone might think, he had enjoyed talking to her. Or having her talking to him.

"Good boy." She had to make fun of him a bit, but that was mostly because this was such a weird situation that she needed to lighten it up. "Are you okay? You're looking a bit squirmish."
