"Have they been filling up your glass or something?" She asked as she noticed that despite seeing him drink from it quite often, it still seemed to be filled up. The bartender had probably poured more wine into it as she'd been busy talking to him. "The perk of being famous I suppose? Better service. But to be honest I don't think I'd much like it. Fame I mean. Even with the wine."

"Yeah. Yeah, he's been filling it up, strange you haven't noticed." Bartender been filling up his drink. Why hadn't he come up with that before? Balthazar started to get restless, looking around the club, looking at the clock. He didn't like to have to leave. He had enjoyed this chat, actually. Perhaps he could just... Do a quicky. The fact that he thought about killing this easy, wasn't scaring him anymore. "Well some have to be fans too, otherwise, there wouldn't be any real fame."

"I suppose you should thank me for your fame then, if you follow that logic." She said with a smile.

"Yes, you are absolutely true. So thank you" He smiled at her, but decided that he had to feed, and said: "Excuse me, I have to go... get some fresh air..." He was about to say that he had to go to the bathroom, but it would seem strange that he went out, and he didn't feel like sneaking.

"Okay? Uhm, have fun?" Was that some clever euphemism for smoking? Probably not, he sounded sort of iffy when he said it, and he seemed a bit too old to smoke in secret.

Balthazar just nodded as response, and got up and left the club. Outside, he didn't walk far before he found his victim. Like a real vampire stereotype, he got the poor girl into an alley not far from the club. It was some time ago he had cared if the people he killed was evil or not. When she was dead, he closed up the wounds she had gotten on her neck, and left her there.

She waited about five minutes (which felt like ten) before concluding that he probably had just gone somewhere else. Simone should probably get home early anyway, or she'd be dead tomorrow. Yet another minute later Simone had gotten a hold of her jacket and was leaving through the exit of the club.
Walking down the street, she noticed that it was really starting to get warm, at least when she wore a jacket, and contemplated if she should walk or take the subway. before she had time to make up her mind she walked into Balthazar however, and to be honest wasn't sure what to say. "Hi again." Was what she settled with, for the first time tonight in a normal tone and volume.

Balthazar left the alley, more like a human now, and the restlessness and hunger gone. But he didn't get far before he ran into Simone, and he stopped dead. He was a bit startled, not expecting to see her there, thinking she was still in the club. "Hi! What... What are you doing here?"

"Ehr... I got bored back at the club, so I figured I would go home." She smiled slightly while pointing past him. "And I live that way." Was it just her or was he acting a bit strange? Simone supposed that most "rock stars" was a tad bit eccentric though, probably came with the area.

"Oh, I'm sorry. It took longer than I had expected. Taking fresh air..." Balthazar looked over his shoulder, the way Simone was pointing. They had to go past the alley. He cursed himself for not trying more to hide the body. "Do you want me to walk you home?"

"That's a good question. Do you want to walk me home? You probably have something better to do and I promise you I won't be raped and murdered on my way home." She gave him a closed mouth smile and began to walk. Simone didn't see why people always insisted on walking her home, she'd been talking walks alone at night for ages, and she'd never been as much as mugged. "Not that you're not welcome to if you really wish."

Balthazar followed her when she began to walk. "Yes, I really wish" Balthazar wrinkled his forehead, thinking that something was wrong with Simone, and totally failing in not feeling like a stalker when he asked: "Is something wrong?"

"I'm just tired. And my ears are ringing. Did you always need earplugs to go to a club, or was it just recently they decided to damage their guests hearing?" Reinforcing her words, Simone yawned. "To be honest, I didn't think you'd be coming back."

"I think it was quite recently actually. Must be some evil plan of the earplug companies." Balthazar nodded seriously, but then smiled jokingly. His boots echoed in the street, there were almost no-one out there. "I'm sorry. As I said, it took longer than I had expected. I... Met someone I know and got stuck talking to them."

"It was not so much the time, you sounded pretty strange when you said you were going out. Figured it was a nice hint. I'm sorry I guess." She smiled up at him. "If we ever run into each other again I promise I will wait when you need to take fresh air."
