Simone's calm had already went on a break.

Balthazar went silent. She was right but he would not admit it, not even to himself. And he sure didn't wanted to talk about Leo.
"I'm not going to talk about Leo now, he has nothing to do with this."
He sounded almost like he had given up, and he just wanted to leave now, but not like this.

Balthazar stretched a bit and looked at Simone decisively.

He hugged her and kissed her on the head before heading out.
