"I came to show my trueness, of course, and to drop of the requested beans. I hope you don't mind." She looked quite weak. Pale. But Balthazar just smiled for himself as he thought about why. He would do it again, with no regret, although he did like Simone, and not just as food. His eyes narrowed as he thought, and said: "Or, perhaps you want to get some sleep."

"I already slept all day, completely messed up my daily rhythm." She said with a light shrug. "Although happy about the beans, I'm still not convinced of your trueness however."

"Oh, okay then. Then we've got the same rythm." Again he narrowed his eyes and smirked as he listened to Simone. "So the eyeliner wasn't enough. I should have guessed." He waited for her to elaborate.

"It's just not that simply to aquire real truehood." She explained to him. "It's a bit up on the rock and roll, but otherwise... No dice."

Balthazar began to laugh. "One would think that is would be easy to show true trueness, when you're actually a rock star." He shook his head. "But we can't have you think I'm not true. Rock 'n' Roll's obviously proven. I hope. That leaves sex and blood. He took a fast look around the bedroom, and added jokingly. "I hope you're not to attached to your things, cuz this could get messy." He laughed.

"But you're on the verge of mainstream. A bunch of people call sellout, you know." She put on a thoughtful pose. "And I have never seen you rock out either actually. And actually, I am quite attached to my things."

Balthazar just shrugged his shoulders and smirked. "Then I'm a true sellout. It pays my bills." He stuck out his tongue just a bit, jokingly, but then got fake serious. "You've never seen me rock out? What's this?"

"Well I went to your concerts, but since I was in the back it might have just been any old man." She also crossed her arms and shook her head. "That is not to be truly true."

Balthazar took down his leg, and leaned forward, stomping his foot a bit, giving Simone puppy eyes. "Aw, come on. Give me a break." Although he tried to give her some serious puppy eyes look, he couldn't help but smirk. "I might have failed once. Or twice. But I'm true. Deep inside."

"If that is the truth, I am sure it will shine through. But this far, I am not convinced." Simone said, keeping firm to her conviction despite the puppy eyes thrown her way.

Still keeping his smirk, Balthazar leaned back in the chair again. "Well then. I'm at a loss. I guess you'll just have to see it when you do." He had seriously no idea what she wanted him to do, but then again this was just some kind of game.

"I will be on the edge on me seat, waiting for the glimmer to shine through." She wasn't really expecting anything, but was mostly messing with him. He seemed to appreciate it though, since this was the most amount of words she'd ever gotten from him.

Balthazar laughed. "Yeah, you do that. But I'm not going to start sparkle if that's what you think. Perhaps we'll find out that I've been wrong, and that I'm just a regular guy." He didn't seemed too upset by that thought, but of course, he knew that was not the case.

"Well, I think that has more to do with the vampire of the 21st century than you. I'm not exactly sure how we went from Vlad Tepes to that, but who am I to complain?" She reached for her cup of coffee to take a sip. "I suppose my interest in bloody stories from the past might put me in a position to have an opinion, but it's me against about 9 million girls." Simone once more actually snorted, for real this time. "Bloody Americans."

Balthazar smiled at Simone's little rant. And the fact that she liked vampires. "I take it you're a fan of the vampire. But not the sparkling kind, of course." He held up a hand to say 'no offence'
