"Then I will do that." He gave her a slight smile. "I don't know where I'll go yet. I just don't feel like going home right now. I'm quite a nocturnal person."

"I got that. Figured it came with the rock and roll lifestyle." She was heading towards the bus station, since the tube stopped running pretty much when she had gotten there to begin with.

"Yeah, I guess it does." he said absently. Balthazar felt like Simone would rather just get home by herself, whatever she might have said, but anyway, Balthazar would feel a lot better if he knew she got home safely. After all, he knew what dangers the night came with.

"You know, it would have been completely fine if you'd have rather stayed with Isola." At this point she was trying to decide between beeing worried and not caring that she was there alone in the middle of the night.

"As might have noticed, she and I haven't really got a lot to talk about. And I don't think she really likes me, so everything would be even more awkward." He paused, and then continued to ask: "Would you rather I'd stayed?"

"That's not what it looked like from my perspective." She paused and looked up at him as she stayed to wait for the bus. "No, I have nothing against company. You know I enjoy spending time with you."

Balthazar just raised an eyebrow at her first comment, but did not respond more than that. He stopped beside her at the bus stop. "I'm glad to hear." He smiled slightly at her, and saw the bus coming at that moment.

"Are you joining me on the bus?" She asked as she got up her oyster card.

Balthazar too got up his card, and made a gesture for Simone to go first on to the the bus, as he plainly answered: "Yes."

"You could try talking too." She asked of him as she found both of them a seat.

He sat down beside her. "Wow, thank's, I'll do that then." He smirked at her and tilted his head just a little to the side. "I'm guessing your tired. I'm sorry for dragging you out this late."

"Believe it or not, but I don't usually go to bed at ten every evening. I had an okay time." Good to begin with, sort of boring towards the end. "I hope it wasn't a total disappointment to you either."

"Why so early today then?" He had had an okay time too. He hadn't had time to feed though, so that had been nagging him a bit, but he wasn't going to tell her, of course. "It wasn't. I had an okay time too." He smiled earnestly at her.

"Honestly, I was getting a bit bored. Figured I'd be of more use at home." She gave a light shrug, in no way blaming anyone for her boredom.

Balthazar struggled with not letting it get to him, and he managed pretty good. He did a mental shrug. "I'm sorry to hear that. If there's anything I can do to make your night a bit memorable, please let me know." He said it a bit like it were on an answering machine, although he did mean it.
