"Perhaps not, but it's kinda embaressing that I´ve never heard of your band." Isola looked at Balthazar and felt how her cheeks blushed, she laughed gently and turned her eyes up to the sky.

Balthazar laughed. He had actually thought it quite strange that she had never heard of them, but of course, not everyone could have heard of them. "It's OK. It's quite understandable." He could feel the blood rush to Isola's cheeks, and he was so happy he had fed earlier.

A star fell across the dark nightsky .. "Oh, oh look! A shooting star, quick make a wish, Balthazar!" It was the first she had seen for a long time and Isola got all excited, her face was lit up by a huge and sincere smile. She started to rummage through her bag to find something to capture the moment. Suddenly a sharp object pierced through the skin of her finger and then it became warm and sticky, Isola quickly put her finger in her mouth, it was pure reflex. "Shit that hurts!" She mumbled with her finger in her mouth.

Balthazar smiled as he watched Isola getting excited about the falling star, and he looked up at the sky, closing his eyes and made a wish. He didn't open them again before the distinct smell of blood suddenly reached him, and Isola mumbling about the pain. Of course, his first reaction to the freshly broken skin was to drink the blood, but it was some time ago he would have done that. Nowadays he could control himself, and it was not that big a cut. Balthazar turned his eyes on Isola. "What are you carrying in there? A knife?" He smiled, almost laughed.

She smiled with the finger still in her mouth and shrugged. "I don't know what's in there. All kind of stuff that's handy." Although it was a shallow cut it bleed quite profusely or at least for Isola it did. She took the finger out of her mouth to inspect the little puncture wound, the bleeding had slowed down and soon it would stop. Before she put the finger back in her mouth Isola asked Balthazar: "Did you wish anything? What did you wish? Something fun?"

"Well, perhaps you should make sure there aren't any sharp objects, so you don't hurt yourself again." Balthazar watched as Isola inspected the wound. "Well, I can't tell you that, then it won't come true! But yeah... It was something fun. Or could be. Did you wish for anything?"

"Well, sometimes I need sharp objects, like scissors and such."
She had wished for something more than this life, this hobo-life. Perhaps somewhere or someone to belong to, like a family. If it could be done she would wish her own family back, but she knew nothing could bring them back.. The smile on her lips faded away. Isola started to get a little nauseas with the metallic taste of blood so she took the finger out of her mouth. "Do you like the taste of blood? I think it´s not bad in little doses but as much as this it.. not that tasty." She frowned and showed Balthazar her finger, the wound still bleed a little but not much, it was just a red line on her fingertip.

Balthazar looked down at Isola's bleeding finger, as she showed it to him. "No, I don't like the taste of blood." He lied and added a frown. Balthazar continued to think about his wish, and he could feel Isola's wish was powerful too.

Isola curled a lock of hair around her other fingers and looked at Balthazar, he seemed very caught up in his own thoughts. She looked up at the stars and tried to figure out what to say next. "Do you want to take a walk with me?"

Balthazar shook his head to get out of his thoughts, and looked at Isola. "A walk? Yeah, sure." He gathered his papers and his pen and stood up, waiting for Isola to give direction as to which way they should walk.

Isola took her red bag, looked at Balthazar, nodded towards the way out of Hyde park and started to walk. The temperature began to fall and she had no more clothes to take on to warm herself by, so she thought a walk might get the blood circulating and make her a little bit warmer. The cold made her shiver and Isola rubbed her hands against each other to get them a bit warmer, but she did it discreetly not to show Balthazar that she felt almost like a popsicle. "Well.. Eh.. Would you like to get a drink and tell me about Angels at Night?"

Balthazar followed Isola as they headed out of Hyde Park. He laughed as he noticed Isola trying to hide the fact that she really was cold "Not cold, ey? You sure you don't want to borrow my coat?" He made a gesture to his coat and then answered her question "Yeah, a drink sounds great."

"Thanks, but there are two things that make me warm, the warmth from another body or a glass of whiskey. And since I don't know you that well I choose the whiskey.. " Isola smiled and looked at Balthazar, but she quickly realized it seemed more flirtatious than she had meant and tried to figure out how to change the subject. "Where do you want to go? A pub or a club?"

Balthazar just nodded, and let it go, if she wanted to be cold, that was her choice, and they would soon be in a warm pub anyway. "Pub, if that's alright with you." He hadn't the energy for a club right now, he just wanted to sit somewhere fairly quiet, and with not too much going on.

"A pub is just perfect.. and affordable!" Actually she had the money to go to a club as well and more, but Isola liked the pubs and bars better because they were a bit more quiet and mostly played better music too. She glanced at him, blushed and said quietly: "Thanks for offering your coat again, but it would be weird of to borrow it."
