It had gone a week since the last time Sarah and Simone had met and now it wouldn't only be a meeting to check up on her, now it was work too, and Sarah looked forward to hearing if Simone had found anyone. But she haden't called during the week, so perhaps she hadn't. Everything else was almost done, so it was just the humans that was missing to open the club again.
Sarah had moved out from the hotel, to the club, now so that's where they were meeting.

Simone wasn't looking forward to this at all. She never did, but now she was sort of in less of an emotional position to feel comfortable doing so.
She wasn't really as neat as usual, not that she looked like a slob, but for one she had no make up on, and her hair was just left the uncontrollable mess it always was without any kind of styling.
Not even attempting to give a polite smile, Simone just greeted Sarah and sat down, wanting to get this over and done with so that she could go back home, and so she picked up her bag and picked out some folders, waiting for Sarah to get whatever she wanted said out of the way.

The moment Simone walked into the club, Sarah noticed she wasn't as well groomed as usual, and for once her stylishness hadn't really got any competition. It didn't really make her happy though. Simone's attitude also showed something wasn't right. Not that she used to be smilinga and happy.
Sarah sat down opposite Simone after greeting her and looked at the folders, and really wanted to see what she had found, but decided it could wait. She tilted her head a bit as she looked at Simone.
"So, is everything okey?"

"What do you mean, is everything okay?"
Simone would have sounded annoyed, but she mostly felt tired and sad, so it didn't come through.
She kept it up by opening the folders and taking out some of the papers.

Sarah looked at at the papers as Simone took them out.

Great, now she looked like crap too. Wonderful. Balthazar would probably have a field day if he saw her.
Good think was there was absolutely no chance of her running into him here.
"I have been working hard. A week is not a lot of time."
As she took the papers out, it was soon obvious that it was information about different people, especially since there was actually pictures, and she began putting them in different piles.
"These I have seen written proof that they are free of blood transmitted diseases..."
Simone held her hand over two of them, and then pointed at one after the other.
"These are people that would like to stay here and these have accommodations elsewhere."
She seemed like she was going to continue in that direction.

"I really appreciate you doing this, but perhaps you shouldn't have worked that hard."
He looked at her, rather than the papers as Simone began piling them. When she was done and started t explain them she did though.

Simone furrowed her brow in Sarah's direction, and then shook her head.
"It is fine, it's my job right now, isn't it? Either way I needed to keep my mind busy."

"Me and Balthazar broke up."
Hopefully she would drop the subject of how bad she looked and not make a big deal of it.
"I will be fine."
Maybe Sarah (as Balthazar's stalker) would leave her be now.

Sarah sat up a bit straighter, looking surprised.
"Who did the breaking up?"
Perhaps not the smoothest thing to ask, but she needed to know.

The coward. Apparently Sarah was not letting it go and Simone tried hard not to show upset she really was.

So Simone wasn't the girl for Balthazar, huh?
"Sure."
She waved it away and directed her concentration on the papers on the table again.
"You have done a wonderful job. I bet this is more than enough."
She took up a few ones and looked at them.
