Balthazar stopped in his steps as Jean gave him that look, and turned around to watch as she handled Leo out of the room. He went over to the sofa again and sat down on the armrest.

Isola felt a sudden movement beside her and opened her eyes to see what was happening and saw what kind of look Leo gave Jean and how she dragged him out of the room.. It was so frustrating trying to explain her feelings for someone who just disappeared the whole time. She leaned forward and buried her face in her hands, feeling really confused, tired and angry, Isola felt someone sit down next to her and assumed it was Balthazar. "Maybe I should just go so you can solve this alone?" she mumbled through her hands.

Balthazar looked down at Isola as she mumbled. "Oh, no, you are not getting out of this. And I'm sure it will nag at you anyway, so why don't we just get this over with?" He looked straight in front of him as he said that last part.

She looked up from her hands and looked directly at Balthazar, feeling angry and bitter. Not at Balthazar though, but at the entire situation. "Get out of what and what is it this thing we should just get over with? I just went here to tell Leo that I like him, but he doesn't want me here. Seems like that thing is sorted out!"

"Oh, and you are just going to be happy with that are you? I'm not saying anyone should be with Leo right now, but I think that it might stop him being such a pain in the ass if he just realized someone liked him, and that he actually could like that person back, without the whole world ending. And I will go out into the sun if he can look me straight in the eye and tell me he doesn't like you." He fell silent after feeling like he had spoken enough for a week.

Isola felt and acted like an obsinate child and turn her gaze forward, simply answering. "Fine. It's a deal then."

Without blinking Balthazar went over to the grocery bag Jean had left on the floor, and took it over to the sofas. He sat down again and took out a bottle of whiskey from the bag and handed it to Isola. "This might ease the pain."

Isola gave Balthazar a questioning stare, took the bottle and shrugged, opening the bottle and taking a sip directly from the bottle. She enjoyed the warm feeling that the whiskey gave her as it ran down her throat, making her smile and feeling more at ease. It was just the thing she needed right now. "Thanks, you're an angel." Isola said to Balthazar and leaned back in the sofa, sitting with crossed legs.

"Not really." He answered her with a sigh. He should probably be holding a long speech about what a jerk Leo was and that she should stay away. But he just assumed she wouldn't listen to that. She would realize that for herself, and then get over it, and not cause a very awkward atmosphere every time they met. And they always seemed to bump into each other. He gave himself a little nod and then watched as Isola drank Jean's whiskey.

Isola took yet another sip, rose from the sofa to put the bottle down beside the grocery bag and returned to sit down again. She pulled up her legs to her stomach, put her arms around them and rested her head on her knees, curling up like a little ball in the sofa.

Leo stumbled as Jean dragged him out of the room. He then made a turn into his room, a few meter down the corridor, and dragged Jean in with him. With the door closed behind him he slid down to the floor and laughed nervously. This was too much, too fucking much, but he was soo god damn happy that Jean saved him. "She...She's driving he crazy" he managed to say between hazardous breaths and giggles. Then took a few deep breaths, looked up at Jean and said "Thank you" with a sad smile, possibly knowing how tragic he must look.

Letting him drag her into his room once they were out of sight, she then stopped to lean against the door. Sighing heavily Jean began to pull up a package of smokes, assuming that if he let her into his bedroom, then he knew she was going smoke in there. "If you don't want to do her, why don't you just tell her to piss off? I promise, it's a lot more merciful than this." For once, she didn't even sound angry, just tired.

Leo sighed and erased the little smile that he had. "I've tried...plus I don't want to hurt her..." he said with a despondent tone. Though he was right, the more he tried to leave her in a calm way, the more he was hurting her. "I tried to leave...you know" he said in an attempt to defend himself some how.

"Why not, what's so special about her?" She answered with a snort at the response that he didn't want to hurt her, soon after lighting her smoke. "No, you tried to flee, pretty big difference. Trust me, I'm somewhat of an expert." Of course, so was he.

Leo didn't feel like answering, much because he didn't have a fucking clue himself. "Because Bazz likes her" he just said, which was true and a sort of heavy deal as well. He didn't care much for the last comment, it was all the same some how.
