Being bored to death at the pub where Simone and Balthazar had met, Balthazar had invited Simone up to his flat. And that's were they where now. Balthazar took up his keys from his pocket of his coat and opened the door. He held it up for Simone and made a gesture for her to enter. The flat was big, open and squeaky clean. The walls that were out to the street were covered with big windows and gave a great view since the flat was on the ninth floor, and all the other walls were white. The furnitures were black and sparse.

"Thank you." Simone said as she entered the apartment, and having been quite curious as to what it looked like as she had been invited there back at the pub she was pretty happy to be let in, although it did result in a few seconds of jaw-dropping silence... "Oh my god. I'm getting the impression my entire flat would fit in your bathroom."

"Yes, I guess it actually could." He had a surprisingly big bathroom for being a vampire and all. He had enough space to let it be. He took of his coat and laid it on a black leather chair that stood by the door and took his boats of not really caring where they landed. He went a bit further in to the flat, taking a spin with his arms out, as if it would show her the whole flat. "So this is me. Feel at home, and feel free to take a look around."

Simone began to take of her shoes and jacket, being somewhat more neat with where she put them before walking up to Balthazar. "I don't know, I'm so used to my shoe box of a home that I might just get lost."

"Don't worry. Just shout and I'll come and find you." He gave her a smile, and went over to a bar that stood in a corner. Of course he never drank, it was from the time when Leo was human. And also he just thought it looked good. "You want anything to drink?"

"Yea, sure." Simone answered as she at least began to take a look around the room that they were in, finally getting stuck at the windows. "I should marry and kill you just to get this view" Looking back at him, she smiled. "Do you think I could pull that off? I mean, you probably wouldn't see it coming from someone so small."

"Anything special? I have almost anything." He made a gesture to the shelves full of bottles. He also had beer in the fridge, but he just thought that obvious. "Oh, yeah, sure. You could definitely pull that off." he said with a not so convinced look. "But the reason for killing me would be..?"

"I figure you don't have coffee? I would enjoy gin and tonic too though, if you have it." She moved somewhat closer to the glass and was almost hit with vertigo as she looked down. It was pretty far down. "Well, how else could I inherit this place? Seems like the only logical choice."

"No, sorry, no coffee. But a gin and tonic is coming right up." Balthazar made the drink as he too looked out of the window. He almost never did. He almost never even noticed it. "Oh, I see. In no mood for sharing?" He went over to her and handed her the gin and tonic.

"Well, I suppose I'm fine with sharing, but I always secretly wanted to be a black widow, you know?" Simone was joking and it was apparent on the smile she gave the man as she accepted the glass. "Thanks, aren't you having anything?"

"Oh, so that's how I'm gonna go. Getting eaten on our honeymoon, I guess?" He returned her smile, and looked out, at Big Ben, as he answered: "No, I'm fine."

"I wasn't really planning on eating you, I mean, that sounds sort of creepy. I was more thinking, shoving you out from the balcony or something." She seemed rather thoughtful. "But I suppose that won't be a problem until I figure out how to marry you to begin with, so I suppose I don't have to worry about it."

"Well, it's good then I have a balcony." He pointed with his thumb over his shoulder. He had a couple of balconies actually. "Yeah, no, that's right. So until you figure that out, you'll just have to take in this moment right here."

"I should get myself a camera." Simone took one last look out the window before turning to Balthazar. "If I ask to see the balcony, will you promise not to push me?"

Balthazar gave Simone a questioning look. "I don't know. You just said that YOU wanna push me down one. Perhaps I'll just... Lead you in the right direction and stay on a safe distance while you enjoy it." He laid a hand on Simone's back and made a gesture toward the balconies. "I have two. One big on the second floor, and one small by my bedroom."
